Tantra weekend is for individuals and couples, it is also suitable for beginners.
The tantric path invites us to get to know our energy more deeply, to become aware of the forms in which we put our energy, to understand the dynamics of energy and consciousness within us, to recognize our energy potential. Everything takes place in a fun, joyful and sensual way, offering a lot of lessons and surprises. We get into our body, into our sensitivity and into the present moment as deeply as we wish. As we learn to release into our energy, the disconnect between sex, heart and spirit is healed, awakening our ability to experience passion and feel the sacred in ourselves and others.
Saturday:

Detailed description of the course
Tantra is a path for everyone who wants to open up to life more and more. For everyone who is interested in developing their own personality in the area of energy, consciousness, creativity, sexuality. It is a journey for all who want to heal the separation between gender, heart and spirit and feel the sacredness within ourselves again.
The word tantra means “instrument of expansion”. Tantra is an ancient tradition, originating in India and Tibet, that teaches us to embrace our sexual energy, aliveness and joy as a spiritual path to open the gates of higher consciousness and ecstasy. In our Western civilization, tantra also helps us heal our sexual wounds, whether they come from repression, obsession, abuse or suppression. It shows us how to enjoy erotic energy through experiences of joyous and meditative aimlessness.
Tantra worships the unity between energy and consciousness. It teaches how to tap into our life energy in a way that has the power to change our lives and bring a new quality of aliveness into the spheres of our daily experience. Tantra does not dictate anything, everyone can go at their own pace. It is an incredible journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance and ultimately self-love.
Through this introductory tasting, we would like to give you the opportunity to taste what tantra is all about. In a playful way, with the help of breath, movement and intention, we connect to our energy so that we get in touch with our aliveness, joy, vitality, with everything that is hidden in our sexual life energy. So that our fears and tensions are released and our hearts open to our unlimited energy potential.

At the weekend, you will be guided by Mgr. Radka Holušová from John Hawken’s Journeys of Transformation international team together with her assistants.
With you: comfortable clothes (it is possible to change clothes on site), a mat to lie on, a cushion (we sit on the ground) and a plastic bottle to drink and a desire to explore new paths.

Payment of course fees
To reserve your place, you need to pay a course fee deposit in the specified amount according to the payment instructions.
Until we receive this deposit, your participation in the training cannot be guaranteed. We will confirm receipt of the deposit to our account by email.
The deposit remains with us until the start of the course, when the deposit paid will be deducted from you, and when paying in cash on the spot, you only pay the rest of the course fee
Accommodation is not included in the price of the seminar, each participant must arrange it separately.

Cancellation
If you leave the course, the deposit is non-refundable and becomes a contractual penalty.
If you want to cancel your participation one month before the start of the course, we will deduct a handling fee of CZK 50. If you want to cancel your participation between 4 and 1 week before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit.
